Well, I may have been back in Sydney since July, but I still feel like a tourist. I grew up in Sydney, but after 12 years in London this does not yet feel like home. One of the advantages of being a tourist is feeling like you need to explore. Today I took a trip through Sydney Harbour on the ferry. Circular Quay to Watson Bay. Firstly, it's quick. I remember the drive out there being super tedious. The ferry would have to be the complete opposite. Secondly - wow! Even with a tired, ill-tempered 3 year old in tow it's enjoyable.
